If a form has been sent to the wrong distributor and the forms have not been distributed yet, you can forward it to the correct distributor. When you do this, the form is removed from the initial distributor's To Do subfolder and is moved to the proper distrubutor's To Do subfolder.
To forward a distribution:
1 Perform a Custom Form Search (if you don't know how to do this, please read To Perform a Custom Form Search).
2 In the new window, scroll down until you see the form. Click "fwd" beside the name of the form distributor.

3 In the People Picker, type one or more letters of the new distributor's last name and click the Search button.

4 Scroll down until you see the new distributor and click on their name.

The form will automatically be sent to the new distributor and it will be removed from the incorrect distributor's To Do subfolder.
