Email Messages

In one45, the main method of communication between administrators and their learners and faculty is email. When a user receives something in their "To Do" box, they will receive an email letting them know that they have a new task to complete in the one45 system.

There are three basic types of email messages: Sendout Emails, Reminder Emails and Distribute Emails. These emails are automatically sent whenever an administrator performs a specific task. The email contains a link to the one45 login page and contact information in case of questions or difficulties. It also contains a customizable section where you can type extra instructions as well detailed instructions for new users with links to our help site which explains the user's account in detail. In addition, you can decide whether or not to include individual usernames and/or passwords with the email.

Sendout Email

A sendout email notifies individuals that they have a new evaluation to complete in their To Do list. It is sent automatically every time you perform a Block Sendout or when you choose to include an email with a Single Send.

Reminder Email

A reminder email is sent automatically when you send an individual or bulk reminder. It reminds individuals that they have incomplete evaluations in their To Do lists.

Distribute Email

This email is sent after a distributor has performed a distribution. You are able to either have the distributor's contact information or the administrator's contact information in the email.

To edit your email messages:

1 Click the Setup tab.

2 Click the Email Messages link.

3 Click "edit" next to the template that you would like to edit.

3 In the editable version, make changes to your message.



4 Click the Submit button.
