You can attach brief notes to specific rotation blocks in your schedule. These are useful for keeping track of special circumstances involving your learners and their rotations. Since these notes can contain sensitive information about individuals, you decide if they should be viewed by (i.e., published for) faculty and/or learners. Rotation Schedule Notes are visible to everyone with adminstrative privileges.
| A block must have a rotation scheduled before you can attach a note to it. |
To add a note to your schedule:
1 Click the Schedules tab. Click Rotation Schedule.
2 Find the rotation block that you want to attach the note to. Click the small square in the top right corner of the block.

3 In the new window, type your note. Decide who you want to be able to view the note (i.e., faculty and/or learners). To publish the note for faculty, select the "for faculty" checkbox. To publish the note for learners, select the "for residents/students" checkbox.

4 Click the Ok button. The small square is now red, indicating there is a note attached to that block. This makes it easy to scan your schedule and see which rotations have notes attached to them.

To edit/delete a note in your rotation schedule:
1 Click the Schedules tab. Click Rotation Schedule.
2 Find the note you want to edit. Click the red square in the top right corner of the block.

3 In the note window, make the changes or click the delete button.

4 To save changes to the note, click the Ok button.
