To view a different academic year:

When you switch between academic years, the levels of your learners (i.e., in your Rolodex, in your schedule, in the eDossiers) change accordingly. So does the information in the master schedule. However, all other information in the eDossiers accumulates over time and does not change when you switch between academic years. Therefore, the information in the eDossiers in always the most up-to-date, no matter which year you are in. |
1 Click the academic year (e.g., 2006/07) in the top left of the screen.
2 Click the year you want to view.
