One45 keeps an archive of all of your evaluation forms, whether or not you currently use them in your program. They are archived as either active or inactive. An active form is a form that is currently used in your program. These forms appear in the Form Picker whenever you need to select a form type (e.g., when you are searching for a specific form). An inactive form is a form that has been added to your one45 system but is not currently used in your program (e.g., an older version of a form).
You decide which forms are active and inactive.
To deactivate a form:
If you are no longer using a form, (e.g., you are using a newer version), you can make it inactive to avoid confusion.
1 Click the Forms tab.
2 In Your Active Forms, click "deactivate" beside the name of the form.

The form is removed from Your Active Forms list, added to Your Inactive Forms list and will no longer appear in the Form Picker.
To reactivate a form:
If you have deactivated a form by mistake, or you want to use an older version of a form, you can reactivate it.
1 Click the Forms tab.
2 In Your Inactive Forms, click "reactivate" beside the name of the form.

The form is removed from Your Inactive Forms list, added to Your Active Forms list and reappears in the Form Picker.
