To change your low performance flags:
1 Click the Forms tab.
2 Click "Low Performance."
3 Click the Flags Set-up tab.
4 Click "edit flags" beside the appropriate form.

To remove all flags from a form, just click "clear flags" beside the appropriate form. |
The evaluation form appears in a new window. This is called the Low Performance Template.
5 In the Low Performance Template, make the changes to your flags and click the Save button.

If you no longer want to flag low scores on a particular evaluation component that previously had a flag, you have to clear all the flags from the form and start again from scratch. To do this, click "clear flags" beside the appropriate form under the Flags Set-up tab. Then click "set flags" beside the name of the form and reset the flags you want to keep. |
