Usernames and passwords are generated automatically for new users when you perform a sendout. Residents can change their passwords when logging in for the first time. Depending on your email preferences, usernames and passwords may or may not be sent with each email.
Residents who have forgotten their passwords can ask to have them sent to their email inboxes automatically via the one45 login page.
However, administrators can also send a resident their password or username through email.
To send a resident their username and password:
1 Open the resident's eDossier.
2 Click the Personal Info tab.
3 Click "email password."
