To change a head evaluator/releasor:
1 Click the Setup tab.
2 Click the Evaluation Workflow link. A list of your rotations and the forms you've attached to them appears.
3 Click on the form name next to the rotation that you would like to update the head evaluator/releasor for.
A pop-up window that contains questions about the form appears.
4 In the pop-up window, under the Head Evaluator/Summary section, update who the head evaluator/releasor is. When you are finished, click the Submit button.
