Applying New Forms to a Current Workflow

If you would like to use a new form, contact us to get the form entered into the system. After the form has been entered into the system for you, you will need to update your current workflow in order to put the form into use.

To change a form:

1 Click the Setup tab.

2 Click the Evaluation Workflow link. A list of your rotations and the forms you've attached to them appears.

 

 

3 Click on the form name next to the rotation that you would like to update the form for.

A pop-up window that contains questions about the form appears.

4 In the pop-up window, select the new form from the drop down menu. When you are finished, click the Submit button.
