The Rotation eDossier allows you to give users permission to look up information such as schedules, evaluations, and procedure logs for any rotations they are in charge of. With this tool you are able to create various types of roles for the rotation and assign users to these roles. This feature allows you you to easily provide rotation supervisors, admins, etc. with the rotation reports and other data without having to send them electronic copies or print the data.
To create and manage the Rotation eDossier roles:
1 Click the Setup tab.
2 Click on the Rotation Head tab
3 Click on 'add new role'.

4 Type in the name of the role you need to create. Some examples are Rotation Supervisor, Rotation Adminisitrator, Head Nurse, etc.
5 Click 'Save'

6 A tab will appear for each new type of role you create. After all of the roles have been created assign the permissions to the roles. Read the premissions carefully to make sure that the recipent should have access to the appropriate data.

7 After the roles have been assigned click on the header 'rotation overview'.
8 Click on 'add people' to assign the role to a recipient.

9 Input the information of the recipeint:
1) Select the role of the for the recipient.
2) Input the date they started their position. If you are unsure of this date put the first day of the currect academic year.
3) Search on the name of the individual.
4) Click on the name of the individual after you have located it in the list
5) Click 'Save'.

10 After all of the roles have been set up for your rotations you will be able to see an overview of who has been set up and the permissions they have been given.
