This section will allow you to pull the history of all student/resident procedures that have been tracked for your program. The information will be displayed in alphabetical order, showing overall totals of each procedure tracked as well as overall totals of all logs tracked by each individual.
To pull the Log Export
1 Click on the 'Reports' tab.
2 Click on the 'Log Reports' tab.
3 Click on the 'Summary Log Reports' tab.

4 A page will open where you can enter in your criteria for pulling the log report. After inputting the report criteria click 'view summary' at the bottom of the page.

The report in open in spreadsheet style to view. It will have three different reporting sections for you to view the data.
Section 1 - This is an overall spreadsheet report. The procedure names will be listed along the left hand side with the rotation names along the top. This report allows you to compare how many of each procedure is being tracked at your various rotations.
Section 2 - This report will allow you to see the totals by procedure that have occured.
Section 3 - This report will allow you to see the totals of procedures that have happened at each rotation.
