The Patient/Procedure Log Exports section will allow you to pull the history of all student/resident procedures that have been tracked for your program in an Excel spreadsheet. The information will be displayed in alphabetical order, showing each log tracked by the individual as a separate line on the spreadsheet
To pull the Log Export
1 Click on the 'Reports' tab.
2 Click on the 'Log Exports' tab.
3 A page will open where you can enter in your criteria for pulling the log report. Make sure to select the appropriate criteria.
If you wish to pull a general report click on 'all' below the 'Tasks/procedures/diagnoses to include'; as well as the 'Questions to include' section. If you want to separate the date into a more concise report hold the control key down on your keyboard as you select multiple items from within these lists.
4 Click on 'Export" to view the report.
The report in open in excel for you to view.
