The Patient/Procedure Log reports section will allow you to pull the history of all student/resident procedures that have been tracked for your program. The information will be displayed in alphabetical order, showing overall totals of each procedure tracked as well as overall totals of all logs tracked by each individual.
To pull the Log Export
1 Click on the 'Reports' tab.
2 Click on the 'Log Reports' tab.
3 A page will open where you can enter in your criteria for pulling the log report. After inputting the report criteria click 'generate report' at the bottom of the page.
The report in open in spreadsheet style to view. The resident/student names will be listed alphabetically along the left hand side of the page, with totals for each individual along the far right. The totals by patient/procedure type will be summarized along the bottom row.
