Attendance Reporting - Overview

After you inputted the academic session attendance you can report on this information. The reports can be broken down by specific criteria such as the dates, attendees, presenters etc.

1 Click the Schedules tab. Click Academic Sessions based on your program this may have a different title). After a few moments, your academic schedule appears.

2 Click on the Reports tab within the academic session tool.

3 A new page will open for you to select your reporting criteria. Select the time frame which you would like to pull the report on.

General Report: To pull general reports on all sessions, presenters, topics, events, locations and attendees leave the items on Any and click Make Report.

Customized Report: To break the data down into smaller groupings click on Choose below the appropriate header. To the right a list of your choices will appear for you to choose from. At this point you can click individually in each box to make your report grouping. Once you have made your selections click Make Report.

A new page will open for you to select which type of report you wish to make.
