Duty hour reporting allows you to track the hours worked by a resident or student has worked. Based on program settings you can track information on the hours worked by day, week or by type of days (post-call days, on-call, off, etc.)
To generate a Duty Hour Report:
1 Click the Reports tab.
2 Go to the section Individual Report.

3 A new section will open which will all you to select your report criteria.

4 To select individuals to report on click on the check box beside their name.

5 To select all targets click on the 'check all' at the bottom of the list.

6 Select the date range which you wish to report on. To do this click on the small image of the calendar and calendar will open allowing the day, month and year to be picked.

8 Select your result criteria and then click Make Report.

9 A new page will open in excel displaying the duty hour report.
A) The top of the report will list the resident/student name, Home Department, and dates of the Report.
B) The report tables will show the date, time in and out (type of shift), site,
rotation name and hours worked.
C) The report will be broken into weeks
to see the average number of hours worked by the resident/student.
D) Based on your university requirements overall averages can be shown for different types of call.
E) The reports for each resident/student will open as a new excel tab. Click on the individuals name at the bottom of the page to see their report.
