This feature allows you to look at the grades that have been entered into your program for all of your students/residents. It will also allow you to manage which grades should be released and which should be kept hidden.
This feature does not allow you to input grades.
To view and manage your program grades:
1 Click the Setup tab.
2 Click the Grades tab.

3 Click the 'manage Grades (view, release, etc) link.

4 A new page will open displaying the student/resident names and the grade information which has been entered to for them.

5 To manage which grades should be available to the residents/students click on the check box on the top left corner of the grades screen.

6 The screen will now show the radial buttons which indicating if the grade has been released. The green radial button indicates that the grade has been released. The red radial button indicates that the grade is hidden.
To change/update which grades are released:
A) This section will allow you to release or hide all grades for all students/residents
B) This section will allow you to hide/release an entire grade section to all students residents
C) This section will allow you to hide the grades template from an individual student/resident. To allow the resident/student to see that there is or will be a grades sheet available you must click on the red radial button and switch it to green. Once this is done they will be able to have access to the sheet. All other grade information below will be hidden until the radial buttons for those items are changed as well.
D) This section will allow you to individual turn a grade on or off for the resident/target.
