Duty Hours Setup

The Duty Hours subfolder allows you and/or the residents to track the shifts they have worked each day.

To set up the duty hour tracking system:

1 Click the Setup tab.

2 Click on Duty Hour Setup tab.

3 Select the day that you would like the weekly calendar to start on.

4 Click 'add shift type' to make the shifts appropriate to your program.

5 Type in the name of the shift.

6 Select the duty type and then click 'save'.

After the duty and shift types have been created you and/or the resident can start to record their duty hours.
