gmeAdmin

gmeAdmin is our graduate (residency program) scheduling, evaluation and reporting system. With gmeAdmin you can manage your rotation schedules, attach electronic handouts including rotation-specific objectives and learning objects, create patient case and procedure logs, distribute reports to decision-makers, and collect duty hour information about individual residents and rotations.

• Scheduling

  The flexible scheduling system allows you to customize and manage rotation schedules across all levels of your organization. Include both your residents and residents visiting your department from other programs on your schedule. Connect with other program schedules for direct communication of resident activity. Publish your schedules online to your residents and faculty.

• Evaluations

  Automate the sending, receiving, and collating of assessments and evaluations. Use your forms with your questions to assess residents and evaluate rotations, courses, half day, teaching rounds and faculty. Establish low performance flags to identify those residents having problems.

• Patient and procedure logs

  Create flexible case or procedure logs that empower your supervisors to sign off on logs and complete custom feedback questions. Track resident progress real-time. Operate your log entries on any internet-connected computer, browser-based WIFI PDA, or take advantage of our link with the Palm and PocketPC-syncing T-Res system.

• Duty Hours

  Collect duty hour information about individual residents and rotations. Set maximum hours by day, week or by type of days (post-call days).

• Reporting

  Generate individual or batch reports on evaluations, logs and low performers. Export results to PDF or Excel. Create reference groups for comparison across services, sites, programs and years. Distribute summary results to your faculty.
