one45 Acquired by Cytiva Software Inc.
one45 Software has agreed to be acquired by Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX: TSX.V). Beginning December 21, 2007, one45 Software will become a subsidiary of Cytiva.
Having doubled our revenues in the past year and seeing a tremendous opportunity for future growth, the founders of one45 believe that merging with Cytiva will provide additional resources that will allow us to better serve current and future clients.
Cytiva believes in the one45 product line and will be an active partner in the continued success of one45 products. The founders and current employees of one45 will remain with Cytiva and business will continue as usual with the addition of extra resources to help us continue our mission.
Founded in 1995, Cytiva Software Inc. is a leading provider of on-demand tools for acquiring and managing employees. It is traded on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol CRX. It was recognized in 2006 and 2007 as one of the 500 largest software companies in the world by Software Magazine.

Together, Cytiva and one45 Software plan to further expand our medical education software into U.S. markets and develop a healthcare specific line of employee acquisition and management tools for hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
